The Room
Why We Verify
You have been in the other kind of room. The one where the badge says allocator and the conversation says otherwise, where half the people present are raising and the other half are being worked, and where the only way to find out which is which is to spend three days finding out.
Every person at New Horizons is verified before an invitation is extended. Verification rests on an attestation from a professional who already acts for you, your own attorney, banker, accountant or registered adviser, confirming two facts and nothing more. We ask you for no account statements, no asset schedules, no tax returns and no figure of any kind.
The verification is free, it is portable, and it is yours to carry to other rooms afterwards. What it buys here is the only thing worth having: the confidence that the person across from you cleared the same bar you did.
Thirty is a ceiling, not a target. The room is small because a room of three hundred is a conference, and a conference is where you go to be sold to.
Everyone present holds the Verified Allocator credential, which means a professional who answers to a licensing body put their name to it. Nobody in the room bought their way in, and no sponsor is given a stage from which to pitch you. The people you meet are the reason to come, and the program exists to put you next to the right ones.
The Program
Four Places the Price Is Not Set

I
Fine Art
The work the market has not finished repricing. Blue-chip names, the artists a generation is still catching up to, and the vehicles that make either one investable.
II
Longevity And Wellness
The owner as the asset. Diagnostics, regenerative medicine, and the practice of keeping a body and a mind in working order, in a field where the evidence is moving considerably faster than the market for it.

III
Foundational Technology
The systems everything else will be built on, bought while they are still systems rather than infrastructure. Applied intelligence and the intellectual property beneath it, at the point where the ground has not yet set.
IV
Marquee Secondaries
Pre-IPO positions in the companies defining the frontier, taken before an exchange prices them, and the marquee secondaries that change hands only through relationship.

The Week
A Three-Day Arc
Day 1 · Monday, Nov 30
The Frame
Arrival through the day, and in the evening the opening reception aboard a private yacht: Daniel Sharkey opens the week, and a keynote on art as an alternative asset sets the thesis the fair outside is about to price. Featured works offered by the art sponsor are displayed throughout the venue.
Day 2 · Tuesday, Dec 1
The Frontier
The new frontier of health, given to the human asset: a panel on treatments and technologies across diagnostic and analytic tools, regenerative medicine, and the data behind both, the luxury wellness conversation beside it, a keynote on defeating cancer from an American Cancer Society delegate, and nutrition at scale to close. In the evening, The Cigar Room, for a select few, no cameras.
Day 3 · Wednesday, Dec 2
Ownership of the Future
The Next Evolution across artificial intelligence, quantum, and the blockchain in the morning, then strategic positioning across the multi-family office structure and pre-IPO with marquee secondaries. The private capital deal room follows, and a networking hour closes it, and the forum ends there.
After two days of hearing what is coming, the cohort gathers for a private capital deal room. Sponsors hold tables, and you go to the ones whose sessions you found worth following up. Capital formation and deal structuring are handled through the forum's institutional backbone, so a serious conversation can move to its proper next step, under proper structure and applicable law, without leaving the room.
Nothing is sold to you from a stage, and no partner is given your details because they paid for a package. What a partner buys is the right to host a table. Whether you sit at it is yours.
The Sequence
What Registering Does
Five steps, in this order, and the order does not bend. We would rather tell you plainly than have you discover it.
- I
You register
The form below. It takes a minute and it places you on the waitlist for the room. No seat is held at this point and none is implied.
- II
You verify
Registering sends you to InvestorPass, the independent standard Aurum Nexus is licensed to operate. You nominate a professional who already acts for you, and they confirm two facts directly to the platform. You state no figure, and nothing passes through your hands. If you already hold an InvestorPass credential, you present it with your passkey instead, and verify nothing twice.
- III
You and Daniel speak
With your file moving, you speak with Daniel Sharkey directly, because thirty seats is a room you assemble by conversation rather than by form. The call is not the decision and it holds no seat.
- IV
A person decides
A member of our team reviews the completed verification and decides. No software approves anybody. You are told the outcome either way.
- V
The seat exists
Only now. An invitation to the forum follows the decision, and your credential remains yours whether or not this particular room is the right one.
The Boundary
What We Never Ask
- ×Account statements, custody statements, or asset schedules.
- ×Tax returns or personal financial statements.
- ×Trust instruments, ownership charts, or beneficiary information.
- ×An exact figure of any kind, from you or from anybody.
- ×A fee. The verification and the credential cost you nothing.
Your attestation is held in a restricted file, is used for eligibility review and nothing else, and is available for no third party to rely on. Your name is never published, never sold, and never disclosed to a sponsor or to anybody else.
Registration
Request a Seat
Eight fields, four of them required. This places you on the waitlist for the room. It holds no seat, and we will tell you the outcome either way.
New Horizons is convened by Aurum Nexus Global LLC. Attendance is by invitation following verification, and verification confirms eligibility rather than conferring entry. Aurum Nexus is not a broker dealer and not an investment adviser, recommends no opportunity, and opines on the merits of nothing presented. Admission of any presenting organization is a judgment about who may enter a room and is never a view on what they present. You perform your own diligence on every opportunity, every counterparty and every sponsor.
